However, this year a major company I work with wanted to leave Shopify (multiple sites) so we opted for an A2 VPS server to host a single Woo/WP installation that could handle their aggregated traffic. Big project! Go live came along and we encountered various issues and was engaged in the live chat on various occasions. The support we received was out of this world, and on the majority of chats we raised we reached the same expert (Sourabh P. - CERTEFIED LEGEND). Without his help, the timely responses and the general expertise of the team we'd have lost thousands of dollars in lost sales. Can't recommend A2 enough, and I do really try.

A great team Thanks to the many Support Specialists who have helped sort out the problem I was having with a persistent 'Alert' message. It's taken 17 days partly due to delays in my responses and requesting step-by-step instructions for fear of messing things up but we finally got to the bottom of the problem. Responses were always very prompt and helpful and they patiently talked me through this and an associated login problem I experienced.
