TWA good support system A good support system, inclue ON Line Support and Email Technical Support. According to Online Support Service's answer You can not install Python on your share host. You have to order VPS host . Hence I canceled A2 at once and transferred to Google Cloud Platform at that time and registerred a google account for my urgent requirement. After that, I had received an Email Technical Support Team's solution too. YES. it's workable. Great. But I have cancelled my order at that time. Anyway, appreciate Email Technical Support Team's kind help to let me know the correct solution and let me know the share hosting also has a development solution on A2. I will consider A2 hosting solution again after my one year of GCP free charge expired. Thanks again.

GBExtremely poor customer service never… Extremely poor customer service never able to speak to a human being. You are placed on hold for extended excessive periods of time without anyone ever coming on the line then you are routed to a voicemail to have to leave a message regardless of when you call day or night weekdays or weekends it doesn’t matter it’s always the same result. The odds of you actually getting to speak to a human being are probably greater than winning the lottery.. it’s that bad, and I am not exaggerating this point. Extremely disappointed with customer service. If that’s what you call it it is absolutely nonexistent. And on the off chance that you actually get to speak to a human being, the problem is never able to be resolved during that call it always requires some kind of follow-through or timeline to receive some kind of communication back from A2 hosting either by phone call or email and that email never comes as they say when it will.. if you’re looking for website hosting domain name, hosting or email or anything other for the scope of services that they claim to provide don’t waste your time and specially your money , take your business elsewhere. Did not arrive at this conclusion, in haste or an ad judgmental state. This has been evolving over an extended period of time, and the results have never changed. There’s never been an improvement on A2 host inside or their ability to deal with their clients in a timely and professional manner.

GBA great team Thanks to the many Support Specialists who have helped sort out the problem I was having with a persistent 'Alert' message. It's taken 17 days partly due to delays in my responses and requesting step-by-step instructions for fear of messing things up but we finally got to the bottom of the problem. Responses were always very prompt and helpful and they patiently talked me through this and an associated login problem I experienced.
