TWgood It seems that I recently changed the hosting location, and although I've encountered some certificate issues, the customer service has always been able to assist me. Sometimes the wait times for customer service can be a bit long, but overall, it's been good.

GBThe quality of EVERYTHING :D The quality of service, the ticket system, the speed of their servers, everything is FIRST CLASS. I was with a conglomerate for literally decades, and never knew how fast and clean and efficient hosting could be. I'm on a basic plan, one notch up from Starter, using both Wordpress and independent database ecommerce systems, and am blown away. Thanks to A2 Hosting for quality people, systems, servers and support!!

GBExtremely poor customer service never… Extremely poor customer service never able to speak to a human being. You are placed on hold for extended excessive periods of time without anyone ever coming on the line then you are routed to a voicemail to have to leave a message regardless of when you call day or night weekdays or weekends it doesn’t matter it’s always the same result. The odds of you actually getting to speak to a human being are probably greater than winning the lottery.. it’s that bad, and I am not exaggerating this point. Extremely disappointed with customer service. If that’s what you call it it is absolutely nonexistent. And on the off chance that you actually get to speak to a human being, the problem is never able to be resolved during that call it always requires some kind of follow-through or timeline to receive some kind of communication back from A2 hosting either by phone call or email and that email never comes as they say when it will.. if you’re looking for website hosting domain name, hosting or email or anything other for the scope of services that they claim to provide don’t waste your time and specially your money , take your business elsewhere. Did not arrive at this conclusion, in haste or an ad judgmental state. This has been evolving over an extended period of time, and the results have never changed. There’s never been an improvement on A2 host inside or their ability to deal with their clients in a timely and professional manner.
