USCompetitors, watch out. Instantly is EXTREMELY user-friendly and straightforward. They're changing the entire game. Competitors are going to have to step up big time now. Their support is more than helpful and super responsive which is a huge plus in my book. Wish they had more merge field customization and logic. Also, lead info is hosted in each campaign - not in the lead itself. Which means when you import leads into a new campaign, you lose most, if not all, of the data and merge fields you had before. So be careful how you organize imports.
