Instantly is very user friendly and their support team is one of if not the best! We're primarily using Instantly for cold email outreach. Overall, their platform is very easy to use, and their lead finder database is similar to what someone might use with Sales Navigator. They have very good tutorials, very thorough videos and screenshots on how-tos. I believe they're the only platform that has a step-by-step guide on how to setup a cold email campaign from scratch, which has been tremendously helpful. Their support team is also extremely helpful, and they basically have an article for everything.

Instantly over everything! Instantly has a great, simple, easy-to-use platform. It isn't as sophisticated as other platforms, but it's very straight to the point.
