Great service but don't push the limits We partnered with an agency for email marketing and we use instantly.ai. It works very well, its a fantastic tool with great features built in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if you follow the instructions they provide in youtube videos you'll probably get banned from your domain and email providers. If they say 10 a day, do 7 or 8 to be safe. You'll have a great experience once you find out what is allowable.

Competitors, watch out. Instantly is EXTREMELY user-friendly and straightforward. They're changing the entire game. Competitors are going to have to step up big time now. Their support is more than helpful and super responsive which is a huge plus in my book. Wish they had more merge field customization and logic. Also, lead info is hosted in each campaign - not in the lead itself. Which means when you import leads into a new campaign, you lose most, if not all, of the data and merge fields you had before. So be careful how you organize imports.

I used there free courses they provide and contacted support when I had questions and I have to say they have a great support team. If you are a beginner I would definitely chose instantly. Very positive service The agent was well mannered, informative and confirmed my musings or pointed me in the right direction. I had a lot of issues and she stayed there until the end so they were all solved - which can take quite a while when you're using live-chat!
