GBGreat Experience from Start to Finish I've had nothing but a great experience with Instantly, from usability to customer service. I've tried other solutions for cold email, and there was always something that made it a headache. You can tell that the minds behind the app are marketers who actually did cold outreach. How else would they have known all the things that drive us nuts with alternatives? Even their customer service is great and always available. I had some issues, and Edil really helped me out by taking the time to investigate. I highly recommend it!

GBGreat service but don't push the limits We partnered with an agency for email marketing and we use instantly.ai. It works very well, its a fantastic tool with great features built in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if you follow the instructions they provide in youtube videos you'll probably get banned from your domain and email providers. If they say 10 a day, do 7 or 8 to be safe. You'll have a great experience once you find out what is allowable.

GBInstantly over everything! Instantly has a great, simple, easy-to-use platform. It isn't as sophisticated as other platforms, but it's very straight to the point. I currently run and manage over 100 inboxes and send tens of thousands of leads every month and this is the platform I will always choose for my clients and I. Their support is extremely helpful as well, pretty quick to respond and they will always help you out in any way that they can. I would recommend Instantly over other sending platforms any day of the week.
