Instantly over everything! Instantly has a great, simple, easy-to-use platform. It isn't as sophisticated as other platforms, but it's very straight to the point. I currently run and manage over 100 inboxes and send tens of thousands of leads every month and this is the platform I will always choose for my clients and I. Their support is extremely helpful as well, pretty quick to respond and they will always help you out in any way that they can. Competitors, watch out. Instantly is EXTREMELY user-friendly and straightforward. They're changing the entire game. Competitors are going to have to step up big time now. Their support is more than helpful and super responsive which is a huge plus in my book. Wish they had more merge field customization and logic. Also, lead info is hosted in each campaign - not in the lead itself. Which means when you import leads into a new campaign, you lose most, if not all, of the data and merge fields you had before. So be careful how you organize imports.

I used there free courses they provide and contacted support when I had questions and I have to say they have a great support team. If you are a beginner I would definitely chose instantly. Great service but don't push the limits We partnered with an agency for email marketing and we use instantly.ai. It works very well, its a fantastic tool with great features built in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if you follow the instructions they provide in youtube videos you'll probably get banned from your domain and email providers. If they say 10 a day, do 7 or 8 to be safe. You'll have a great experience once you find out what is allowable.
