GBCompetitors, watch out. Instantly is EXTREMELY user-friendly and straightforward. They're changing the entire game. Competitors are going to have to step up big time now. Their support is more than helpful and super responsive which is a huge plus in my book. Wish they had more merge field customization and logic. Also, lead info is hosted in each campaign - not in the lead itself. Which means when you import leads into a new campaign, you lose most, if not all, of the data and merge fields you had before. So be careful how you organize imports.

GBGreat Experience from Start to Finish I've had nothing but a great experience with Instantly, from usability to customer service. I've tried other solutions for cold email, and there was always something that made it a headache. You can tell that the minds behind the app are marketers who actually did cold outreach. How else would they have known all the things that drive us nuts with alternatives? Even their customer service is great and always available. I had some issues, and Edil really helped me out by taking the time to investigate. I highly recommend it!
