Excited about the future results - amazing platform I heard about Instantly from a friend. I'm about to launch my first campaign now. I found a lot of help through YouTube videos regarding setting up the account, but also with the amazing customer service. I'm super excited to see what results it will lead, but already now I can say that the user-friendly platform definitely is fun!

Instantly over everything! Instantly has a great, simple, easy-to-use platform. It isn't as sophisticated as other platforms, but it's very straight to the point. I currently run and manage over 100 inboxes and send tens of thousands of leads every month and this is the platform I will always choose for my clients and I. Their support is extremely helpful as well, pretty quick to respond and they will always help you out in any way that they can. I would recommend Instantly over other sending platforms any day of the week.

Great solution, definitely recommend This software is like no other I have used. The automation are great, the central inbox saves a huge amount of time and the support have been extremely helpful. Looking forward to seeing future developments also. Once your campaign is set up, you are reaching out to 100's of prospects each day without lifting a finger.

Instantly is very user friendly and their support team is one of if not the best! We're primarily using Instantly for cold email outreach. Overall, their platform is very easy to use, and their lead finder database is similar to what someone might use with Sales Navigator. They have very good tutorials, very thorough videos and screenshots on how-tos. I believe they're the only platform that has a step-by-step guide on how to setup a cold email campaign from scratch, which has been tremendously helpful. Their support team is also extremely helpful, and they basically have an article for everything.

Competitors, watch out. Instantly is EXTREMELY user-friendly and straightforward. They're changing the entire game. Competitors are going to have to step up big time now. Their support is more than helpful and super responsive which is a huge plus in my book. Wish they had more merge field customization and logic. Also, lead info is hosted in each campaign - not in the lead itself. Which means when you import leads into a new campaign, you lose most, if not all, of the data and merge fields you had before. So be careful how you organize imports.
