Great Experience from Start to Finish I've had nothing but a great experience with Instantly, from usability to customer service. I've tried other solutions for cold email, and there was always something that made it a headache. You can tell that the minds behind the app are marketers who actually did cold outreach. How else would they have known all the things that drive us nuts with alternatives? Even their customer service is great and always available. Instantly is very user friendly and their support team is one of if not the best! We're primarily using Instantly for cold email outreach. Overall, their platform is very easy to use, and their lead finder database is similar to what someone might use with Sales Navigator. They have very good tutorials, very thorough videos and screenshots on how-tos. I believe they're the only platform that has a step-by-step guide on how to setup a cold email campaign from scratch, which has been tremendously helpful. Their support team is also extremely helpful, and they basically have an article for everything.
