Instantly is very user friendly and their support team is one of if not the best! We're primarily using Instantly for cold email outreach. Overall, their platform is very easy to use, and their lead finder database is similar to what someone might use with Sales Navigator. They have very good tutorials, very thorough videos and screenshots on how-tos. I believe they're the only platform that has a step-by-step guide on how to setup a cold email campaign from scratch, which has been tremendously helpful. Their support team is also extremely helpful, and they basically have an article for everything.

Be careful when you cancel your… Be careful when you cancel your subscription. I cancelled by subscription, but later all data were back and my plan active. Needless to say I got billed a month later. When I contacted the chat I got immediately the refund, which to my surprise was too easy. It seems like this is a method...

Great service but don't push the limits We partnered with an agency for email marketing and we use instantly.ai. It works very well, its a fantastic tool with great features built in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if you follow the instructions they provide in youtube videos you'll probably get banned from your domain and email providers. If they say 10 a day, do 7 or 8 to be safe. You'll have a great experience once you find out what is allowable.
