Great service but don't push the limits We partnered with an agency for email marketing and we use instantly.ai. It works very well, its a fantastic tool with great features built in. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because if you follow the instructions they provide in youtube videos you'll probably get banned from your domain and email providers. If they say 10 a day, do 7 or 8 to be safe. You'll have a great experience once you find out what is allowable.

Competitors, watch out. Instantly is EXTREMELY user-friendly and straightforward. They're changing the entire game. Competitors are going to have to step up big time now. Their support is more than helpful and super responsive which is a huge plus in my book. Wish they had more merge field customization and logic. Also, lead info is hosted in each campaign - not in the lead itself. Which means when you import leads into a new campaign, you lose most, if not all, of the data and merge fields you had before. So be careful how you organize imports.

Having great customer service that is also punctual and knowledgeable helps to reaffirm my decision to use Instantly for our cold email campaigns. Excited about the future results - amazing platform I heard about Instantly from a friend. I'm about to launch my first campaign now. I found a lot of help through YouTube videos regarding setting up the account, but also with the amazing customer service. I'm super excited to see what results it will lead, but already now I can say that the user-friendly platform definitely is fun!
