Instantly is very user friendly and their support team is one of if not the best! We're primarily using Instantly for cold email outreach. Overall, their platform is very easy to use, and their lead finder database is similar to what someone might use with Sales Navigator. They have very good tutorials, very thorough videos and screenshots on how-tos. I believe they're the only platform that has a step-by-step guide on how to setup a cold email campaign from scratch, which has been tremendously helpful. Their support team is also extremely helpful, and they basically have an article for everything.

Really impressed so far I've been really impressed since starting to use Instantly about three weeks ago. I was previously using different services to warm up emails, launch campaigns, and analyse results, so getting everything together in one package is brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Great Experience from Start to Finish I've had nothing but a great experience with Instantly, from usability to customer service. I've tried other solutions for cold email, and there was always something that made it a headache. You can tell that the minds behind the app are marketers who actually did cold outreach. How else would they have known all the things that drive us nuts with alternatives? Even their customer service is great and always available. Very positive service The agent was well mannered, informative and confirmed my musings or pointed me in the right direction. I had a lot of issues and she stayed there until the end so they were all solved - which can take quite a while when you're using live-chat!

Be careful when you cancel your… Be careful when you cancel your subscription. I cancelled by subscription, but later all data were back and my plan active. Needless to say I got billed a month later. When I contacted the chat I got immediately the refund, which to my surprise was too easy. It seems like this is a method...
