I needed help setting up my contact form integration and the team responded the next day and helped me configure it. They provided the exact coded needed for it to work.

I have only used it this week and am still learning a lot. I do like that it populates tasks such as follow up calls onto my google calendar. This makes it easy and on the go!

Overall it's a great product I've just started using Friday CRM and I find that it suits my purpose. I tried many other online CRM's but always found them either too complicated or complex and often I was not able to adjust them to my needs. There are parts of Friday that I would like to be able to tweak a bit more, but overall, I think it's a great product.
