If you are looking to start with a good database or want to build your own apps and need a non google sheets way to store your data this is a great fit. So far so good So far so good. I am restarting my business and wanted to cut costs where I could and wanted a CRM to integrate well with google suite. So far this does the job. I have only used it this week and am still learning a lot. I do like that it populates tasks such as follow up calls onto my google calendar. This makes it easy and on the go!

Free CRM We are a water purification start-up looking for a CRM solution. Functionality is very important to us and we are finding that Friday is easy to use and performs well as a CRM. We are satisfied and the best part is that it costs us nothing to use.

Overall it's a great product I've just started using Friday CRM and I find that it suits my purpose. I tried many other online CRM's but always found them either too complicated or complex and often I was not able to adjust them to my needs. There are parts of Friday that I would like to be able to tweak a bit more, but overall, I think it's a great product.
