Overall it's a great product I've just started using Friday CRM and I find that it suits my purpose. I tried many other online CRM's but always found them either too complicated or complex and often I was not able to adjust them to my needs. There are parts of Friday that I would like to be able to tweak a bit more, but overall, I think it's a great product.

This fairly straight forward This fairly straight forward. The only thing I wish was that the instructions for importing files from excel or CSV was more helpful. I had many notes that I needed to import and ended up entering manually. Otherwise, this seems to fit the bill.

Terrific tool for the price For a free CRM, Friday covers a lot of ground. I feel that I have the functionality I need, including the ability to import contacts and sync Google calendar. Helps keep me organized and track my contacts and progress. I've looked at a few other options and actually imported to Friday from a different CRM that didn't do what I needed it to. Great resource!

Free CRM We are a water purification start-up looking for a CRM solution. Functionality is very important to us and we are finding that Friday is easy to use and performs well as a CRM. We are satisfied and the best part is that it costs us nothing to use.
