User friendly for technically challenged people I am not a tech geek or something still, I loved how easy it is to customize popups. The price is fair. New version looks super functional, I will see if it works for my business and update my review soon

Nothing smart about popup smart. Nothing smart about popup smart. They had an amazing website and fast / responsive support, but the software lacks very basic functionality like - editing line height in the visual editor - being able to choose a full screen pop up at the start of the process - not being able to remove fields that are already part of a template This software is not ready for primetime.

Excellent Support I had a problem about verification. I contacted their support and they fixed my problem in just 8 minutes. I put the code in the wrong place and I also discovered their blogs which was builded for help and I wished I read it sooner. It is detailed in many ways. This became my favorite app

Easy to use and quick to help First time using this. Setting up the design was super easy which was great! Had a few issues getting the pop up live but they were super helpful with ensuring the right code was dropped in GTM and getting it live as quick as they could. Would definitely use again

sweet little pop up We're a social enterprise nonprofit & our budget is embarrassingly nominal. This sweet little pop up allows us to gather much needed emails (and do other promos). Easy to use & effective on a no-budget!
