Awful from every possible aspect So I did everthing according to the article and it still didn't work. I was trying for hours before I contacted their customer support. Emre only asked for my Shopify password and then he disappeared for days. He claimed my password was wrong, and although I said I can change it just for him, he just left and never answered even though I still tried to get to him, asking him to try, as I was loggin in and out to confirm my password is correct. This seems like a scammy site, with such a horrible customer service representative.

Pros: I was using very popular another solution as I never see Popupsmart before on Google searches before but one of our friend help me to discover them. The UI is very useful and easy to understand. I like that style of popups and the total experience of creating new popups. Also analytics part was great to conduct A/B test in our end. As we are very page-speed obsessed agency, when we migrate solution to our clients, we also measured TTFB of the server and it is great to see that it is very fast solution for not creating any blocker for frontend. Cons: It was painful to migrate my previous popup while making onboarding. I wish to have dedicated account specialist can take care of migration of our setup.
