I was searching for a way how to easily enable my marketing team to add promotions, run campaigns and collect feedback from clients on our NextJS-based website for a long time, and am super happy that I came across Popupsmart. The tool is super intuitive, well priced and has amazing support, so all thumbs up :))

Easy to use and quick to help First time using this. Setting up the design was super easy which was great! Had a few issues getting the pop up live but they were super helpful with ensuring the right code was dropped in GTM and getting it live as quick as they could. Would definitely use again

Awful from every possible aspect So I did everthing according to the article and it still didn't work. I was trying for hours before I contacted their customer support. Emre only asked for my Shopify password and then he disappeared for days. He claimed my password was wrong, and although I said I can change it just for him, he just left and never answered even though I still tried to get to him, asking him to try, as I was loggin in and out to confirm my password is correct. This seems like a scammy site, with such a horrible customer service representative.

I encountered an issue with using… I encountered an issue with using pop-up windows from two different companies simultaneously. It was a somewhat tricky problem, but it was addressed promptly and actively. I appreciate the friendly and quick response in the messaging window.
