Issues with Mac OS Big Sur I have been a Sophs customer for several years and subscribe to the Home Premium service. Since my upgrade to Apples Big Sur OS 11.7 I have several times experienced the red shield while indicates no Sophos protection. I also was unable to use the scan function, after malware was detected. Not sure if it is an Apple, or Sophos issue. The chat system is somewhat helpful, but not always. It could be an Apple issue or Sophos, and all I know is that as the end user I have to deal with it. A re start of the Mac seems to clear the issues. I would like a simple to manage protection service that has a consistent level of quality performance.

Unobtrusive and reasonably priced I've been using this product for a couple of years now. After the initial setup it has been unobtrusive, running and updating in the background. The price of the subscription was quite reasonable. I haven't had any security issues since it was installed, so I assume it's doing its job, but I'm not an IT expert.

I've been using Sophos Home for a few… I've been using Sophos Home for a few years now and have never yet had any problems with it. It just does its work in the background and updates regularly. There's no impact to computer performance. Some security softwares slow your computer down but this one doesn't. The web based control panel offers various settings you can switch on or off and you can also add additional computers to your account which will also be kept secure with Sophos Home.

The system is good and extremely simple… The system is good and extremely simple for the end user. It will be good to have a window to be able to see firewall interaction and processes from the Sophos platform, nothing to fancy but enough to know what is interacting with my computer. I was first introduced to Sophos at work… I was first introduced to Sophos at work where the IT Department absolutely loved it. I started using it at home and I've never lost a moment of sleep or worry because this internet security software keeps us safe from all the hackers out there. I wouldn't use anything else now !!!
