GBSophos Home Premium. Sophos Home Premium. I first came across Sophos many years ago through a company that was already using it. I am completely satisfied with it. I don't receive lots of unwanted emails - the antivirus software simply carries on doing its job.

GBI have used Sophos for years and have… I have used Sophos for years and have been very satisfied. Recently, with a change in my desktop Mac, I noticed that the scheduled scans were coming more often. I decided to change my settings to manual scans and stop the automatic scans. But, fro some reason I don't understand, the scans have continued automatically. I have been able to stop them, but even revisiting my settings and checking them, they continue. This is something that should be addressed. Thank you.

GBIN THE BACKGROUND After using many others and being interrupted to the point of annoyance, I installed Sophos and almost forgot it was even there! Once configured to my specs, which was easily done, Sophos works in the background, as it should. Now the annoying interrupts are a thing of the past, so shall they remain with Sophos!

GBCHAT - BOT I was surprised that the Dashboard indicated that my device was "Vulnerable" even though all boxes were green, and I was "Protected". I posed the question to the Chat Bot and did as directed but it got more obtuse as I got deeper into it. Ultimately I went back to Help and loaded the diagnostic tool and after second restart the Vulnerable message went away. This has been my only issue in nearly two years of use.

ESIt's just Malware for Mac products... The Sophos website aggressively promises antivirus solutions for Mac products, but it's been a nightmare since the moment I download it. It does not recognize my email or allow me to login. It does not allow me to add a license key to activate the service. It repeatedly asks me to create new accounts and pay again and again. Every time I start my MacBook I get a cumbersome splash screen requiring that I login to Saphos, but it displays an error when I follow the link. And finally, it does not allow me to remove the application or avoid the ubiquitous prompts. This is worse than any malware I could have envisioned on my MacBook. UPDATE: In response to this review, Sophos sent me a generic link to their Help pages. The link required a login, which again failed.
