GBSuper value and super smooth service :-) I have used Sophos on my Macs since 2014, first the free version but since 2019 the very reasonably priced Sophos Home. After moving to MacOS 14, I had a problem getting Sophos to work on my wife's computer, but that issue was solved quickly and competently by the Sophos support team. Really excellent service - much better than what we often get for much higher priced software. Well done Sophos :-)

GBI have used Sophos for years and have… I have used Sophos for years and have been very satisfied. Recently, with a change in my desktop Mac, I noticed that the scheduled scans were coming more often. I decided to change my settings to manual scans and stop the automatic scans. But, fro some reason I don't understand, the scans have continued automatically. I have been able to stop them, but even revisiting my settings and checking them, they continue. This is something that should be addressed. Thank you.

GBSophos Home Anti-virus - A Great Choice We have used Sophos home anti-virus products for several years. I appreciate that there is very little user input required to keep the system protected. Sophos works in the background, and updates itself regularly without any user input. Of course it provides very strong protection for our devices.

GBI was first introduced to Sophos at work… I was first introduced to Sophos at work where the IT Department absolutely loved it. I started using it at home and I've never lost a moment of sleep or worry because this internet security software keeps us safe from all the hackers out there. I wouldn't use anything else now !!!

GBCHAT - BOT I was surprised that the Dashboard indicated that my device was "Vulnerable" even though all boxes were green, and I was "Protected". I posed the question to the Chat Bot and did as directed but it got more obtuse as I got deeper into it. Ultimately I went back to Help and loaded the diagnostic tool and after second restart the Vulnerable message went away. This has been my only issue in nearly two years of use.
