GBREFUSING TO CANCEL MY AGENT ACCOUNT REFUSING TO CANCEL MY AGENT ACCOUNT. I'VE REQUESTED CANCELLATION NUMEROUS TIMES. They aren't worth S. On hold for 20 MINUTES+, numerous emails sent to SUPPORT, they even PHONE SCREEN. My advice to agents is to avoid this place at ALL COSTS, THEY JUST WANT 250/M FOR NOTHING. THE WEBSITE WAS SUBPAR AND BRIGHTFIRE WORKS WITH THEM.... ONLY WANTING MORE AND MORE MONEY BUT NOT HELPING THE BOOK TO GROW IN ANYWAY. ITS A SCAM. SCAMMING AGENTS AND CUSTOMERS. ALSO, IN CERTAIN STATES, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE COVERAGE UNLESS THE PERSON IS "PRIME"... THERES NO CARRIERS FOR SUBPRIME, BUT YET YOU PAY A PREMIUM FOR THIS SUBPRIME SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY.

GBNot a great experience Not a great experience, they say all the right things, but when it comes down to it, it is impossible to bind business in the Northeast with this company. Forget entirely about personal lines...all of their carriers have pulled out. The application process on the commercial side is slow and painful and their carriers will ask you questions that you have already provided the answer to. Their system needs updating and it is not easy to use. I signed up for 6 months, cancelled after one, obviously didnt get any money back, but thats ok. Would not recommend.

Special shout out to Rick (Richard) for being super helpful throughout the onboarding process. Rick has a strong grasp of the procedures and content, and was able to not only answer all my questions, but also helped me sign up within minutes!!
