On hold for 20 MINUTES+, numerous emails sent to SUPPORT, they even PHONE SCREEN. My advice to agents is to avoid this place at ALL COSTS, THEY JUST WANT 250/M FOR NOTHING. THE WEBSITE WAS SUBPAR AND BRIGHTFIRE WORKS WITH THEM.... ONLY WANTING MORE AND MORE MONEY BUT NOT HELPING THE BOOK TO GROW IN ANYWAY. ITS A SCAM. SCAMMING AGENTS AND CUSTOMERS. ALSO, IN CERTAIN STATES, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE COVERAGE UNLESS THE PERSON IS "PRIME"... THERES NO CARRIERS FOR SUBPRIME, BUT YET YOU PAY A PREMIUM FOR THIS SUBPRIME SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY.
