Not a great experience Not a great experience, they say all the right things, but when it comes down to it, it is impossible to bind business in the Northeast with this company. Forget entirely about personal lines...all of their carriers have pulled out. The application process on the commercial side is slow and painful and their carriers will ask you questions that you have already provided the answer to. Their system needs updating and it is not easy to use. I signed up for 6 months, cancelled after one, obviously didnt get any money back, but thats ok. Would not recommend.

Bolt is an excellent company Bolt is an excellent company. Samantha is absolutely wonderful--she's extremely conscientious, and will go out of her way to help. You will be able to find the right fit for your customer. I write primarily personal lines, and there are numerous good carriers available.
