You will be able to find the right fit for your customer. I write primarily personal lines, and there are numerous good carriers available.

Not a great experience Not a great experience, they say all the right things, but when it comes down to it, it is impossible to bind business in the Northeast with this company. Forget entirely about personal lines...all of their carriers have pulled out. The application process on the commercial side is slow and painful and their carriers will ask you questions that you have already provided the answer to. Their system needs updating and it is not easy to use. I signed up for 6 months, cancelled after one, obviously didnt get any money back, but thats ok. Would not recommend.

New guy, old game. Being newly licensed and eager to write business, my business partner and I found ourselves stuck in a position where we must rely on industry veterans to get started. That means they keep most of the commission and they keep your book of business. No thank you! Bolt gave us the ability to operate independently from day one! They even let us write our own E&O policy! And now we have access to so many markets that would've taken years to gain on our own. Samantha did a stellar job! Super happy!

Kevin was absolutely PHENOMENAL Kevin was absolutely PHENOMENAL! He was the BEST! The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! 👏👏👏 First and foremost, he was professional and he LISTENED. His followup was impeccable. He would call back when it was good for me. He wasn't pushy. He didn't ask me a bunch of stupid questions, but questions relevant to the situation. Due to unforseen circumstances, my enrollment took much longer than I had anticipated. He was patient and persistent, but unwavered. If the test of the company has his level of outstanding customer service, I'm committed to Superior Access forever!!!
