I agree with recent posts I agree with recent posts. Don't waste your money. They seem to have disappeared with with mine and several other peoples money. I paid as usual for the Ultimate cover which I haven't received. No response from them for over 2 weeks since they took my payment on automatic renewal with my debit card so no chance of getting my money back and I'll have to cancel my card so they can't take any more. Let's hope the US authorities look in to their dealings.

Zookaware support was excellent Zookaware support was excellent! I asked for a discount and received it. They also offered me a week free based on my situation. Plus support removed my old subscription. Anytime I work with Zookaware support they are courteous and helpful!! I love Zookaware because it removes the files not needed and repairs defragmented files! You can't go wrong with Zookaware!

I hope they improve their driver… I hope they improve their driver updater a little. They just released it and it’s not as polished as some other driver updaters are. Otherwise I’m happy with the software and will likely continue my subscription.

And whenever there is an issue (which is rare), someone is willing to step forward and address it. Such was the case when Oliver assisted me recently. After a few exchanges, the issue was clarified and resolved. I really enjoy ZookaWare's features.
