I sent out an installation question by… I sent out an installation question by email thinking I wouldn’t hear back for at least 24-48 hours. I received a response within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Zookaware for their support as well as their product!

Zookaware support was excellent Zookaware support was excellent! I asked for a discount and received it. They also offered me a week free based on my situation. Plus support removed my old subscription. Anytime I work with Zookaware support they are courteous and helpful!! I love Zookaware because it removes the files not needed and repairs defragmented files! You can't go wrong with Zookaware!

I WAS BILLED TWICE I was billed twice, again, but I didn't realize I had two subscriptions running concurrently when I only needed one! I cancelled one of them but I still showed a charge on my credit card. Oliver at Zooka support refunded the amount to my account that same day! Also, I use 2 laptops and it was as if Oliver read my mind, sent me my code to unlock Zooka on my other machine too, without my having to ask. So my experience with Zooka support was outstanding thanks to Oliver. Thank you Oliver, & thank you Zooka

Had a bad experience with Customer… Had a bad experience with Customer Service, but the owner of Zookaware intervened and wrote me a very nice long email that was intelligent and helpful to clear up the issue. I've always liked the software and want to continue to use it--does a good job and is quick. All better now...
