GBWhile their drive shredder is about as… While their drive shredder is about as fast as all the other shredders I’ve tried, I still wish they could make it faster. It takes many hours on each drive. I like they don’t try to upsell you other software or unwanted services. That’s rare online.

GBI hope they improve their driver… I hope they improve their driver updater a little. They just released it and it’s not as polished as some other driver updaters are. Otherwise I’m happy with the software and will likely continue my subscription.

GBI WAS BILLED TWICE I was billed twice, again, but I didn't realize I had two subscriptions running concurrently when I only needed one! I cancelled one of them but I still showed a charge on my credit card. Oliver at Zooka support refunded the amount to my account that same day! Also, I use 2 laptops and it was as if Oliver read my mind, sent me my code to unlock Zooka on my other machine too, without my having to ask. So my experience with Zooka support was outstanding thanks to Oliver. Thank you Oliver, & thank you Zooka

GBI had a problem renewing my membership… I had a problem renewing my membership to Zookaware due to the need to update my credit card information also. I emailed customer service and representative Oliver was excellent in his assistance. He advised me what to do and I did and everything worked out just fine. Oliver is a great member of your team. GBI sent out an installation question by… I sent out an installation question by email thinking I wouldn’t hear back for at least 24-48 hours. I received a response within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Zookaware for their support as well as their product!
