GBI had a problem renewing my membership… I had a problem renewing my membership to Zookaware due to the need to update my credit card information also. I emailed customer service and representative Oliver was excellent in his assistance. He advised me what to do and I did and everything worked out just fine. Oliver is a great member of your team. GBI have used their software for over 10… I have used their software for over 10 years and this year after renewing it thru paddle I received 2 numbers neither are good. A dozen emails and chats garnered zero responses DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. And here we are 5 days later and no response I wish I knew what happened to their customer service
