Impressive service We had a bizarre issue where we weren't receiving emails from MemberSpace sent to one specific email address but we were getting them fine on other addresses within the tenant. I logged a ticket with their support team and was dealing with Jen Sommers. Jen was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and our problem was resolved within 24 hours of raising it. The communication was great from start to finish and I can't fault their services at all. Thank you Jen!

I've been using Memberspace for my… I've been using Memberspace for my online classroom for a couple of months now and I have to say I'm impressed. Their customer service has been spot on, very fast and I've never been left hanging. Their interface is easy to use and understand. And the functionality has been a real life-saver! Using Memberspace has taken an enormous workload off my shoulders and enabled me to run an online classroom of 500 students efficiently. I highly, highly recommend them.

Good platform, GREAT service The platform is easy to use and is really well developed, but the customer support is what gets 5 stars. I build websites and my client had some very specific requests. When something wasn't operating as I needed it to or seemed to be glitching, I reached out to support. In my line of work, it's always a gamble whether you'll get a competent support person or a robot, but in the two times I've contacted the Memberspace support, 1) I've been able to stay connected with the same person both times (shoutout, Jen Sommers!) so they knew my situation and 2) they've given me effective, HONEST feedback. I keep thinking how I can incorporate this into other project I have going because I want to keep working with them. Really awesome platform, even better service.
