Impressive service We had a bizarre issue where we weren't receiving emails from MemberSpace sent to one specific email address but we were getting them fine on other addresses within the tenant. I logged a ticket with their support team and was dealing with Jen Sommers. Jen was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and our problem was resolved within 24 hours of raising it. The communication was great from start to finish and I can't fault their services at all. Thank you Jen!

Their help pages and instructional info answer so many of your questions, and when that can't do the job their team always reply quickly and with a thorough response. Very personalised service.

It has more flexibility and customization options than other membership platforms, and their team (including the founders) are very responsive. Memberspace is really easy to use and super flexible, it works with any idea I can come up with. Plus, anytime I'm even slightly stuck, I just reach out to their customer service team and I get an answer really fast (and without waiting on hold forever...it's all done by email and chat).
