Memberspace rocks! I've been using Memberspace for my membership site for over a year and they continue to impress me with their product and their customer service. Memberspace is really easy to use and super flexible, it works with any idea I can come up with. Plus, anytime I'm even slightly stuck, I just reach out to their customer service team and I get an answer really fast (and without waiting on hold forever...it's all done by email and chat). I've had a great experience with Memberspace and I would recommend it to anyone looking to add password protected content to their website.

Amazing Customer Service and Support...Every time we have a question or an… Every time we have a question or an issue relating to memberspace, the support is pretty remarkable. Often times within minutes we will have a response and someone taking care of our query... We’ve been with memberspace for several years now and it’s one of the most consistent things we’ve noticed about them — their support is terrific and remarkable in speed.

Good platform, GREAT service The platform is easy to use and is really well developed, but the customer support is what gets 5 stars. I build websites and my client had some very specific requests. When something wasn't operating as I needed it to or seemed to be glitching, I reached out to support. In my line of work, it's always a gamble whether you'll get a competent support person or a robot, but in the two times I've contacted the Memberspace support, 1) I've been able to stay connected with the same person both times (shoutout, Jen Sommers!) so they knew my situation and 2) they've given me effective, HONEST feedback. I keep thinking how I can incorporate this into other project I have going because I want to keep working with them. Really awesome platform, even better service.
