Impressive service We had a bizarre issue where we weren't receiving emails from MemberSpace sent to one specific email address but we were getting them fine on other addresses within the tenant. I logged a ticket with their support team and was dealing with Jen Sommers. Jen was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and our problem was resolved within 24 hours of raising it. The communication was great from start to finish and I can't fault their services at all. Thank you Jen!

Memberspace rocks! I've been using Memberspace for my membership site for over a year and they continue to impress me with their product and their customer service. Memberspace is really easy to use and super flexible, it works with any idea I can come up with. Plus, anytime I'm even slightly stuck, I just reach out to their customer service team and I get an answer really fast (and without waiting on hold forever...it's all done by email and chat).
