Dream surprise! So far, this has been a wonderful experience! We haven't gone on our surprise trip yet. The customer service has been highly responsive and accommodating. We provided dates, a budget, and travel preferences. They have done the rest!

What an expensive way to have a bunch of "free days" Back in March 2019 I went to Egypt. This won't really be a review of that. Would take too long. This will be a review of a weird online travel agent. I paid a fair bit of cash and really should've checked the itinerary they sent me. Long story short, when you go to Egypt, it's better to book things on the ground. A lot cheaper. Also I got ripped off by a conman who I first encountered at the "hotel" Jubel booked me into. He noticed my Jubel itinerary was bereft off things to do. Literally. Upon looking at it, I realised theybooked a few hotels and ultimately left me to choose my own activities. For the money I paid? Ugh. I ended up throwing tons of cash at the hotel reception guy. Totally my fault, I'm a naive traveller. What I will say is despite losing all my savings, and running up a credit card bill, I had the time of my life in Egypt. No thanks to Jubel. P.S. Also they are tricky to contact in an emergency.

Choose Jubel! I love Jubel! Both agents (Glynnis and Gris) I talked to were amazing - kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me plan an awesome mystery trip that my friends and I loved and will remember forever. Jubel took all the stress out of planning and left me only with excitement and anticipation. I would highly suggest using Jubel, I know I'll be planning more trips with them!

Great trip! It’s been a couple years since I took my first surprise trip with Jubel and I still think it was a wonderful idea. They tailored it to what I wanted, took into account that safety was a concern as a woman traveling solo and gave me a great experience overall! Might be time to book another one.

We have been on two surprise vacations… We have been on two surprise vacations with Jubel and have had the most amazing adventures! We visited places we never would have thought of and did everything from a bike and food tour through Carmel by the Sea to an ATV tour through the Sedona desert. All of the restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on and helped us make the most of our trip. We will definitely use Jubel again and recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing trip that you don't have to plan!
