Avid no real support ! Avid no real support ! Got a new account yesterday 4.23.24 My support requests or questions were closed without even answering them and I'm having issues and problems with my set up I have been using VPN for streaming for over 5 years and never accoutered such poor support

Had a problem with the VPN not working… Had a problem with the VPN not working after installing an upgrade. I contacted the support team ( Vito) who immediately responded. I followed his instructions and with several responses to my questions, had me up and running again. Probably one of the best support teams I have ever used. Thanks again Vito.
