Best forms platform, but watch your free limit the platform is very good and user-friendly. it offer a very important advantage to upload documents, we used it for an employment event and it was very helpful. it is also integrated directly with sheets. the issue is the free limit is only 100, and it could be a little bit small amount to use as a form, and the price could be a little high to other forms platforms. as overall we recommend to use it for small amount of expected forms, if you expect a large amount you have to subscribe before distribute the form.
