they could improve the design functions… they could improve the design functions and the ease of use through the app. but the way they allow to delete forms and submissions is faulty. I have deleted the same submissions multiple times and it almost seems to be that way to force you to upgrade which I dont need to do since I get so few submissions anyways

Jotform is a fantastic platform Jotform is a fantastic platform and so easy to use. I was able to create forms for my fitness studio with very little effort and the result was flawless. Positive feedback all round from my clients - easy to sign-up, sign online and took everyone no time. A huge upgrade.

Support can be better - but they are trying! Support is at least trying to solve the issues - so kudos. I've gone back and forth I don't know how many times - we're a cyber security firm, we ask people about password behavior as part of quizzes and tests - they cannot get over the word password and keep telling us not to collect passwords. We don't - we talk about behavior - I've emailed with at least 6 different people who don't read the email chain and keep telling me the same garbage. To be fair they’ve now tried to solve this so kudos for trying. Thank you! Now trying to solve SMTP email issues
