Most reliable form service out there Even though I have tried many other services, I keep coming back to Jotform as it remains one of the most reliable and high quality form services out there. I recommend it to everyone who needs a form, be it basic or very advanced.

They have a nice UI and functionality They have a nice UI and functionality, but their fees are overrated. I mean $45 a month to fill out forms doesn't make a lot of sense. You can get a lot more value for cheaper. Also, if you ever forget to cancel, good luck in getting a refund! Even if you never used it. This is what I had in an annual subscription, forgot to cancel within a month and refused to refund like $250 even though I didn't use it at all!

Jotform is a GAME changer for any small… Jotform is a GAME changer for any small business. I was using a different platform prior and Jotform has really helped me up my branding and the platform is so incredibly easy to use. I've made extremely detailed forms and its just flawless.

Support can be better - but they are trying! Support is at least trying to solve the issues - so kudos. I've gone back and forth I don't know how many times - we're a cyber security firm, we ask people about password behavior as part of quizzes and tests - they cannot get over the word password and keep telling us not to collect passwords. We don't - we talk about behavior - I've emailed with at least 6 different people who don't read the email chain and keep telling me the same garbage. To be fair they’ve now tried to solve this so kudos for trying. Thank you! Now trying to solve SMTP email issues
