They have a nice UI and functionality They have a nice UI and functionality, but their fees are overrated. I mean $45 a month to fill out forms doesn't make a lot of sense. You can get a lot more value for cheaper. Also, if you ever forget to cancel, good luck in getting a refund! Even if you never used it. This is what I had in an annual subscription, forgot to cancel within a month and refused to refund like $250 even though I didn't use it at all!

Support can be better - but they are trying! Support is at least trying to solve the issues - so kudos. I've gone back and forth I don't know how many times - we're a cyber security firm, we ask people about password behavior as part of quizzes and tests - they cannot get over the word password and keep telling us not to collect passwords. We don't - we talk about behavior - I've emailed with at least 6 different people who don't read the email chain and keep telling me the same garbage. To be fair they’ve now tried to solve this so kudos for trying. Thank you! Now trying to solve SMTP email issues

Why spent 100's euros, when you can do it for free in minutes Just finished integrating the whole technical and Maintenance approval chain using Jotforms. I never, ever share my experiences with others, but Jotform was so easy, that I had to do it. Easy to step up, Including Sign off, and integration with any database. No truly easy. A free step-in level.
