They will not issue refund as guaranteed All those positive reviews are fake. The product is poor quality, and they refuse to issue a refund as they guaranteed. Update: After being ignored on email for 2 weeks I got my credit card company involved, and w/in 24 hours a refund miraculously appeared. Avoid this company!

Keep a screenshot of chats and how long they take to respond. Get a refund immediate with paddle or open a dispute with evidence that they could not provide what they offer.

The platform is stable and loads videos quickly, even on slower internet connections. I particularly like the analytics features, which give me valuable insights into how my videos are performing. Plus the support team is always quick to respond and help resolve any issues.

Great support... ere was someone here who made reference to Adilo's support being "non-existent" .. but I have something different to say: There's a lady named Priscila, she is one of Adilo's support team. She was there immediately as soon as I made my first inquiry using Adilo's chat widget. She was there with me for several hours (I was busy so had to return to our chat several times during the day) doing her best to problem-solve. Now, she's offered to take my video file and upload it herself. Priscilla is a true CREDIT to Adilo. Many thanks and appreciation!

Great video hosting solution, and more! With any paid plan, you get all the options that you can imagine you would need. It's quite impressive compared to other similar alternatives. Very good price for video hosting compared to others, and it gives me all the options I need, and even more, to publish, customize and secure my videos. Support team is very reactive and helpful.
