Update: After being ignored on email for 2 weeks I got my credit card company involved, and w/in 24 hours a refund miraculously appeared. Avoid this company!

When I first met Adilo When I first met Adilo, I had a lot of doubts about its functionality. But doubts didn't take much time to turn into trust. Adilo was a place where users had CS ability to be satisfied. The cause of my minor complaint was a lack of knowledge about using SW. Vivian, the CS representative of Adilo, was considerate of me as a foreigner who was not fluent in English. She even took the inconvenience of translating on her own and solved my problem. My problem was solved by her. Thank you. Adilo!

I believe it is a trustworthy choice I strongly believe that I will not regret my migration from Vimeo to Adilo. It has fast support (live chat which is very significant) It has very nice interface and easy. If the developers notice some minor details then Adilo could be a major player.
