Update: After being ignored on email for 2 weeks I got my credit card company involved, and w/in 24 hours a refund miraculously appeared. Avoid this company!

When I first met Adilo When I first met Adilo, I had a lot of doubts about its functionality. But doubts didn't take much time to turn into trust. Adilo was a place where users had CS ability to be satisfied. The cause of my minor complaint was a lack of knowledge about using SW. Vivian, the CS representative of Adilo, was considerate of me as a foreigner who was not fluent in English. She even took the inconvenience of translating on her own and solved my problem. Great support... ere was someone here who made reference to Adilo's support being "non-existent" .. but I have something different to say: There's a lady named Priscila, she is one of Adilo's support team. She was there immediately as soon as I made my first inquiry using Adilo's chat widget. She was there with me for several hours (I was busy so had to return to our chat several times during the day) doing her best to problem-solve. Now, she's offered to take my video file and upload it herself. Priscilla is a true CREDIT to Adilo. Many thanks and appreciation!

Adilo is the best solution to keep video and audio files! I am very glad that I can keep all of my video and audio files on Adilo. Firstly, unlike YouTube, no advertisements will disturb my clients. Secondly, I can manage all of my files precisely into separate folders. Lastly, my website can be accessible to Chinese clients who use links to all of my videos and audio files on Adilo because the YouTube channel is blocked in China.
