Excellent service from adilo Support I receive excellent service from adilo customer support whenever I need it they try their best to help me in anyway they can and are always ready to help. Sometimes they need some things to go to tech support and I get that with any serious software if there is a glitch tghey need to check stuff out and sometimes it takes some time but most of the time they fix things the same or next day!

I great for course creators I spent a lot of time trying different video hosts trying to find something that both looked good and professional but also didn’t cost a fortune so I could host my course videos without stress and knowing that looked branded and neat. I love using Adilo as I can use my brand colours, its easy to use and embed in my courses and it isn’t over priced.

Can't be beat on features and value for the money. I've been with Adilo for over two years, and they have continued growing and improving their product offerings. Currently, they are unmatched regarding features and value for the money. The service staff is helpful as well. This is the best video hosting option available.

They are misleading consumers BIG TIME They are misleading consumers BIG TIME. Do not purchase. They provide some services but ultimately cannot provide the services they offer. Keep a screenshot of chats and how long they take to respond. Get a refund immediate with paddle or open a dispute with evidence that they could not provide what they offer.

Great support... ere was someone here who made reference to Adilo's support being "non-existent" .. but I have something different to say: There's a lady named Priscila, she is one of Adilo's support team. She was there immediately as soon as I made my first inquiry using Adilo's chat widget. She was there with me for several hours (I was busy so had to return to our chat several times during the day) doing her best to problem-solve. Now, she's offered to take my video file and upload it herself. Priscilla is a true CREDIT to Adilo. Many thanks and appreciation!
