Adilo was a place where users had CS ability to be satisfied. The cause of my minor complaint was a lack of knowledge about using SW. Vivian, the CS representative of Adilo, was considerate of me as a foreigner who was not fluent in English. She even took the inconvenience of translating on her own and solved my problem.
