They will not issue refund as guaranteed All those positive reviews are fake. The product is poor quality, and they refuse to issue a refund as they guaranteed. Update: After being ignored on email for 2 weeks I got my credit card company involved, and w/in 24 hours a refund miraculously appeared. Avoid this company!

They are misleading consumers BIG TIME They are misleading consumers BIG TIME. Do not purchase. They provide some services but ultimately cannot provide the services they offer. Keep a screenshot of chats and how long they take to respond. Get a refund immediate with paddle or open a dispute with evidence that they could not provide what they offer.

Great support... ere was someone here who made reference to Adilo's support being "non-existent" .. but I have something different to say: There's a lady named Priscila, she is one of Adilo's support team. She was there immediately as soon as I made my first inquiry using Adilo's chat widget. She was there with me for several hours (I was busy so had to return to our chat several times during the day) doing her best to problem-solve. Now, she's offered to take my video file and upload it herself. Priscilla is a true CREDIT to Adilo. Many thanks and appreciation!

Great features on lifetime deal, but deactivates if you don't log in frequently. I had problems logging in, as my account was not recognised, even though I had bought the lifetime deal and had a number of videos uploaded there. It was frustrating as I had to wait to be reactivated. The issue was eventually resolved by Vivian, who kindly took the time to explain on a call why it had been deactivated. Now that I understand it will be dactivated unless I log in on a monthly basis at least, I will make a point of doing that. It is frustrating to have to wait to be reactivated, but I understand it is for security purposes ultimately. If anyone else encounters these problems, just reach out to customer service and they will reactivate within 24 hours (although you will need to monitor your email for the activation link!).

Great alternative to other hosting platforms! I originally intended to buy this as a backup / extension of my Vimeo account. Little did I know that I would get so much more than what I'd expected! You can upload videos as well as audios, and you can record yourself or on-screen presentations (as well as both!), so you're getting a nice all-around tool for a very reasonable price. There are a lot of features, like anti-piracy or custom domains, customisable player, etc., etc. So far, I'm really happy with Adilo!
