Reliable and Great Experience! My friends and I have been using Survival Servers for about a week now playing Palworld in our private server. We have very minor lag spike issues at random, but nonetheless it doesn't ruin our gaming experience playing with at least 4-5 people minimum. They respond well and quick. If we have a problem connecting to our server, it only takes one click to restart it and a few minutes for it to be up and running. Truly a remarkable service from Survival Servers.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY. They WILL rent out more than their capacity and shut your server down to make room for more orders. Should you submit a ticket about this they will then proceed to only shut down your server when there are 0 players to make room for more servers. Unless you're prepared to turn on your server anytime a player wants to play, STAY AWAY

Easy to use & great support I honestly love Survival Servers. Me and my friends have relied on them for years to host our Ark and Space Engineers servers. Their UI makes it so easy to manage them, as well as change maps and install mods & addons. Almost never had any issues, I can only think of 2 times in the past few years that I've ever had to contact support, but on both occasions, they've always replied quickly and resolved everything. I don't normally bother leaving reviews on things, but after having bad experiences elsewhere, I just had to speak-up for these guys. Couldn't be happier.

The worst support ever. Horrible support. I recently bought a Dayz server and had technical issues, where we were never able to connect to the game server. I started a ticket with the support, but they never responded to my ticket at all. It's been the worst experience ever.

Extremely reliable and professional Extremely reliable and professional, Survival Servers has hosted my games for many years. I've never had an issue with them once. When I have submitted support tickets for questions and requests, I have always received a satisfactory answer or solution within 24 hours, with no exceptions. Their costs are more than competitive and their user console is intuitive and easy to navigate. Easy to mod as well. Will come back to survival servers again and again with any hosting needs I have in the future.
