Should you submit a ticket about this they will then proceed to only shut down your server when there are 0 players to make room for more servers. Unless you're prepared to turn on your server anytime a player wants to play, STAY AWAY

When I have submitted support tickets for questions and requests, I have always received a satisfactory answer or solution within 24 hours, with no exceptions. Their costs are more than competitive and their user console is intuitive and easy to navigate. Easy to mod as well. Will come back to survival servers again and again with any hosting needs I have in the future.

DESpeed of light It's the second time I am booking a server with survivalservers.com and I am just amazed by the service this company provides. Replies almost equal to the speed of light to inquiries and they offer a solution right away. A friend and I felt like playing Valheim again, but I booked a Sons of the Forest Server by accident (stupid me) and I received a refund confirmation after 5 minutes of opening a ticket, lol. Thanks again for the great customer support!
