GBPalworld Mayhem (GOOD) After going to multiple sites to rent a server claiming to have open servers to rent just to find out I was put on a waitlist was rather annoying. Survival Servers actually did. I contacted someone in support to verify and within minutes of my purchase my server was active and ready for my group. The only complaint I have is probably the price being almost double others but if that's the cost to have a server with this PalWorld surge it's money well spent and in my opinion a drop in the bucket for gamers. $20/ month for a 24/7 server I control, when games now days cost $70 not to mention DLC's and in game purchases. Overall I can't complain.

GBThe worst support ever. Horrible support. I recently bought a Dayz server and had technical issues, where we were never able to connect to the game server. I started a ticket with the support, but they never responded to my ticket at all. It's been the worst experience ever.

CHExcellent Service and Support I have been hosting a SE Server with Survival Services for almost 2 x Years. Initially we chose them based purely on location ( their Houston DC is approx midway between Switzerland and New Zealand , based on PING ) I am glad we went with Survival Servers as the couple of times we have had issues , the Support has been timely and on point , every time.

GBGreat customer service Over the last few years I've had to contact their customer support a couple of times. They are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

CADO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY. They WILL rent out more than their capacity and shut your server down to make room for more orders. Should you submit a ticket about this they will then proceed to only shut down your server when there are 0 players to make room for more servers. Unless you're prepared to turn on your server anytime a player wants to play, STAY AWAY
