Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

Wheelhouse is the best revenue… Wheelhouse is the best revenue management system I have found for STRs. The team is responsive, innovative, and provide in depth information for users. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.

Total scam Total scam. Cold calls at all hours of the day. Will not take no for an answer. Even if they had a product that was relevant to my business (which they don’t ) I would never do business with them after their seemingly unending harassment.

No Brainer Using wheelhouse has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up our Airbnb. We came into the short term rental business without any experience and very little idea of how to properly price our rental. If we had not started using wheelhouse we would have left so much money on the table. It has made a huge difference in our bottom line and is extremely affordable to utilize. It's a no brainer.
