GBI’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

GBMy income and occupancy rate have both… My income and occupancy rate have both increased since I got this product. Only 2 months in but it's made a noticeable difference for the little cost of their product. It's encouraging me to buy more properties.

GBSet it. Forget it. Doubled my income. Using wheelhouse helped me nearly double my income in year one after I punted my property manager. It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. And using wheelhouse means I barely ever think about pricing except when I see the awesome Airbnb deposits in my bank account. Oh yeah, and customer support rocks. Fast answers by real humans. GBBeen using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

GBI self-manage my own Airbnb properties I self-manage my own Airbnb properties. I have a day job and don't have time to manage pricing on a regular basis. Wheelhouse does that for me which is awesome. And when I do dig into pricing and have questions, Wheelhouse has what feels like 24 hour customer service on demand.
