Well Worth the Investment I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible. W're at 93% occupancy and nearly $75K in gross revenue. The return on investment for this service is nearly incalculable -- if you want the best day over day, week over week, month over month return on your vacation rental, Wheelhouse is for you. Total scam Total scam. Cold calls at all hours of the day. Will not take no for an answer. Even if they had a product that was relevant to my business (which they don’t ) I would never do business with them after their seemingly unending harassment.

Wheelhouse is the best revenue… Wheelhouse is the best revenue management system I have found for STRs. The team is responsive, innovative, and provide in depth information for users. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.

Wheelhouse has been awesome for our… Wheelhouse has been awesome for our business. We utilize the tools to keep our pricing updated. However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.
