Great product and Company I've used Wheelhouse for my business over the past 6 years. Aside from having the best algorithms out there. Wheelhouse really showed up during COVID. Their communication, customer service, and support for host was 1st class. Couldn't recommend more.

Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

Well Worth the Investment I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

Poor pricing, tech bugs, bad support, unethical charging Wheelhouse’s price estimates seem accurate to some, and not to others. For me, Wheelhouse sold my property at at least 20% lower than the rate I used before (despite already being fully booked). The system sometimes priced one night at three times the going rate, too. It seems wildly inaccurate for my property. To top it off, a bug in their system dropped the price of my property by another 30%, which they acknowledged was a bug and that they had lost me money. In total, I’m about $500 down in one month. I contacted their support several times - I was given canned responses the first few times, and when eventually they replied, it took them several months to issue me a refund of $2. Acknowledged they lost me money, but still happily charged me $20. A very unethically run company, and not worth a try.

It changed my airbnb price to the lowest possible even for Thanksgiving day which is supposed to be the 2nd highest rate day for the whole year. I would have a penalty for canceling the booking on Airbnb. I did a cross board research on my own and found out their so called dynamic pricing is totally off from our competitors in the market. I didn't even ask for any compensation or refund for the poor service for the previous months but a refund for the month I didn't book anything and only a few days after they charged me for the next billing cycle. They wouldn't even refund the $20 I requested. I switched to Beyondpricing and now I get bookings constantly and my occupancy rate is higher than most without lowering my pricing to the bottom.
