Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

Well Worth the Investment I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

Their system is amazingly intelligent… Their system is amazingly intelligent yet it wasn't difficult to learn. You have to spend some time with it so you understand their powerful tools but the ROI on your time for your Airbnb is without question. Mostly their team is excellent. Best customer service we've ever had in a software.

Total scam Total scam. Cold calls at all hours of the day. Will not take no for an answer. Even if they had a product that was relevant to my business (which they don’t ) I would never do business with them after their seemingly unending harassment.

Set it. Forget it. Doubled my income. Using wheelhouse helped me nearly double my income in year one after I punted my property manager. It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. And using wheelhouse means I barely ever think about pricing except when I see the awesome Airbnb deposits in my bank account. Oh yeah, and customer support rocks. Fast answers by real humans.
