I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

It took less than an hour to set up, but it could be minutes if you just use all of the defaults. The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night. I would highly recommend wheelhouse to anyone using dynamic pricing, especially if you want something extremely straight forward.

I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.
