However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. GBNo Brainer Using wheelhouse has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up our Airbnb. We came into the short term rental business without any experience and very little idea of how to properly price our rental. It changed my airbnb price to the lowest possible even for Thanksgiving day which is supposed to be the 2nd highest rate day for the whole year. I would have a penalty for canceling the booking on Airbnb. I did a cross board research on my own and found out their so called dynamic pricing is totally off from our competitors in the market. I didn't even ask for any compensation or refund for the poor service for the previous months but a refund for the month I didn't book anything and only a few days after they charged me for the next billing cycle. They wouldn't even refund the $20 I requested. I switched to Beyondpricing and now I get bookings constantly and my occupancy rate is higher than most without lowering my pricing to the bottom.
