However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

Total scam Total scam. Cold calls at all hours of the day. Will not take no for an answer. Even if they had a product that was relevant to my business (which they don’t ) I would never do business with them after their seemingly unending harassment.

You have to spend some time with it so you understand their powerful tools but the ROI on your time for your Airbnb is without question. Mostly their team is excellent. I decided to switch my dynamic pricing software to wheelhouse when I realized that I was spending too much time trying to nail a base price. It took less than an hour to set up, but it could be minutes if you just use all of the defaults. The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night.
