However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night. I would highly recommend wheelhouse to anyone using dynamic pricing, especially if you want something extremely straight forward.
