However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

I decided to switch my dynamic pricing software to wheelhouse when I realized that I was spending too much time trying to nail a base price. It took less than an hour to set up, but it could be minutes if you just use all of the defaults. The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night.
