It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. And using wheelhouse means I barely ever think about pricing except when I see the awesome Airbnb deposits in my bank account. Oh yeah, and customer support rocks. Fast answers by real humans. Great product and Company I've used Wheelhouse for my business over the past 6 years. Aside from having the best algorithms out there. Wheelhouse really showed up during COVID. Their communication, customer service, and support for host was 1st class. Couldn't recommend more.

Poor pricing, tech bugs, bad support, unethical charging Wheelhouse’s price estimates seem accurate to some, and not to others. For me, Wheelhouse sold my property at at least 20% lower than the rate I used before (despite already being fully booked). The system sometimes priced one night at three times the going rate, too. It seems wildly inaccurate for my property. To top it off, a bug in their system dropped the price of my property by another 30%, which they acknowledged was a bug and that they had lost me money. In total, I’m about $500 down in one month. I contacted their support several times - I was given canned responses the first few times, and when eventually they replied, it took them several months to issue me a refund of $2. Acknowledged they lost me money, but still happily charged me $20. A very unethically run company, and not worth a try.

Wheelhouse is the best revenue… Wheelhouse is the best revenue management system I have found for STRs. The team is responsive, innovative, and provide in depth information for users. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.

Total scam Total scam. Cold calls at all hours of the day. Will not take no for an answer. Even if they had a product that was relevant to my business (which they don’t ) I would never do business with them after their seemingly unending harassment.
