However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

93% occupancy and $75K in annual revenue. I've been using Wheelhouse for about 18 months. We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible. W're at 93% occupancy and nearly $75K in gross revenue. The return on investment for this service is nearly incalculable -- if you want the best day over day, week over week, month over month return on your vacation rental, Wheelhouse is for you. Their system is amazingly intelligent… Their system is amazingly intelligent yet it wasn't difficult to learn. You have to spend some time with it so you understand their powerful tools but the ROI on your time for your Airbnb is without question. Mostly their team is excellent. Best customer service we've ever had in a software.

Well Worth the Investment I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.
