However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

93% occupancy and $75K in annual revenue. I've been using Wheelhouse for about 18 months. We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible. W're at 93% occupancy and nearly $75K in gross revenue. The return on investment for this service is nearly incalculable -- if you want the best day over day, week over week, month over month return on your vacation rental, Wheelhouse is for you. Strong recommendation.

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.
