I would have a penalty for canceling the booking on Airbnb. I did a cross board research on my own and found out their so called dynamic pricing is totally off from our competitors in the market. I didn't even ask for any compensation or refund for the poor service for the previous months but a refund for the month I didn't book anything and only a few days after they charged me for the next billing cycle. They wouldn't even refund the $20 I requested. I switched to Beyondpricing and now I get bookings constantly and my occupancy rate is higher than most without lowering my pricing to the bottom.
