GBBeen using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

GBWell Worth the Investment I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

ARThe software and Service is the best one out there The software is the best one out there, the most precise and detailed, its oriented to automate your pricing strategy, maybe its not for someone who doesnt know what they are doing, you need to care and put your own knowladge. The technical service was amazing, i had a couple of difficult and specific questions and they researched to give me the best answers, really profesional, on point and the best treatment.

GBTheir system is amazingly intelligent… Their system is amazingly intelligent yet it wasn't difficult to learn. You have to spend some time with it so you understand their powerful tools but the ROI on your time for your Airbnb is without question. Mostly their team is excellent. We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible.
