GBBeen using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

GB93% occupancy and $75K in annual revenue. I've been using Wheelhouse for about 18 months. We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible. W're at 93% occupancy and nearly $75K in gross revenue. The return on investment for this service is nearly incalculable -- if you want the best day over day, week over week, month over month return on your vacation rental, Wheelhouse is for you. Strong recommendation.

GBPoor pricing, tech bugs, bad support, unethical charging Wheelhouse’s price estimates seem accurate to some, and not to others. For me, Wheelhouse sold my property at at least 20% lower than the rate I used before (despite already being fully booked). The system sometimes priced one night at three times the going rate, too. It seems wildly inaccurate for my property. To top it off, a bug in their system dropped the price of my property by another 30%, which they acknowledged was a bug and that they had lost me money. In total, I’m about $500 down in one month. I contacted their support several times - I was given canned responses the first few times, and when eventually they replied, it took them several months to issue me a refund of $2. Acknowledged they lost me money, but still happily charged me $20. A very unethically run company, and not worth a try.

GBMy income and occupancy rate have both… My income and occupancy rate have both increased since I got this product. Only 2 months in but it's made a noticeable difference for the little cost of their product. It's encouraging me to buy more properties.
