However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. The software and Service is the best one out there The software is the best one out there, the most precise and detailed, its oriented to automate your pricing strategy, maybe its not for someone who doesnt know what they are doing, you need to care and put your own knowladge. The technical service was amazing, i had a couple of difficult and specific questions and they researched to give me the best answers, really profesional, on point and the best treatment.

Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.
