No Brainer Using wheelhouse has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up our Airbnb. We came into the short term rental business without any experience and very little idea of how to properly price our rental. If we had not started using wheelhouse we would have left so much money on the table. It has made a huge difference in our bottom line and is extremely affordable to utilize. It's a no brainer. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.

Been using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

Wheelhouse has been awesome for our… Wheelhouse has been awesome for our business. We utilize the tools to keep our pricing updated. However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.
