GBI’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

GBWheelhouse is the best revenue… Wheelhouse is the best revenue management system I have found for STRs. The team is responsive, innovative, and provide in depth information for users. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.

GBBeen using wheelhouse for 4 years... I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

GBNo Brainer Using wheelhouse has been one of the best decisions we made when setting up our Airbnb. We came into the short term rental business without any experience and very little idea of how to properly price our rental. We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible.
