Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible. W're at 93% occupancy and nearly $75K in gross revenue. The return on investment for this service is nearly incalculable -- if you want the best day over day, week over week, month over month return on your vacation rental, Wheelhouse is for you. Their system is amazingly intelligent… Their system is amazingly intelligent yet it wasn't difficult to learn. You have to spend some time with it so you understand their powerful tools but the ROI on your time for your Airbnb is without question. Mostly their team is excellent. Best customer service we've ever had in a software.

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

Wheelhouse has been awesome for our… Wheelhouse has been awesome for our business. We utilize the tools to keep our pricing updated. However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

Wheelhouse is the best revenue… Wheelhouse is the best revenue management system I have found for STRs. The team is responsive, innovative, and provide in depth information for users. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.
