However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.
