I decided to switch my dynamic pricing software to wheelhouse when I realized that I was spending too much time trying to nail a base price. It took less than an hour to set up, but it could be minutes if you just use all of the defaults. The main point I want to get across here is that, since switching I have received an inquiry every day. My occupancy was increased over night. I would have a penalty for canceling the booking on Airbnb. I did a cross board research on my own and found out their so called dynamic pricing is totally off from our competitors in the market. I didn't even ask for any compensation or refund for the poor service for the previous months but a refund for the month I didn't book anything and only a few days after they charged me for the next billing cycle. They wouldn't even refund the $20 I requested. I switched to Beyondpricing and now I get bookings constantly and my occupancy rate is higher than most without lowering my pricing to the bottom.

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.
