Great product and Company I've used Wheelhouse for my business over the past 6 years. Aside from having the best algorithms out there. Wheelhouse really showed up during COVID. Their communication, customer service, and support for host was 1st class. Couldn't recommend more.

Pricing very off and only works for Airbnb not Vrbo Pricing very off and only works for Airbnb not Vrbo. It changed my airbnb price to the lowest possible even for Thanksgiving day which is supposed to be the 2nd highest rate day for the whole year. I would have a penalty for canceling the booking on Airbnb. I did a cross board research on my own and found out their so called dynamic pricing is totally off from our competitors in the market. I didn't even ask for any compensation or refund for the poor service for the previous months but a refund for the month I didn't book anything and only a few days after they charged me for the next billing cycle. They wouldn't even refund the $20 I requested. I switched to Beyondpricing and now I get bookings constantly and my occupancy rate is higher than most without lowering my pricing to the bottom.

Well Worth the Investment I'm very happy with Wheelhouse. Being fairly new in this business, it gives me the ability to be competitive in my market without having extensive experience. The tools are user friendly and easy to understand. It's extremely user friendly with Airbnb. However. I would love to see it cross over to other platforms like VRBO without requiring the use of management software. Overall, it is an asset to my business and well worth the investment.

Set it. Forget it. Doubled my income. Using wheelhouse helped me nearly double my income in year one after I punted my property manager. It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. And using wheelhouse means I barely ever think about pricing except when I see the awesome Airbnb deposits in my bank account. Oh yeah, and customer support rocks. Fast answers by real humans. Poor pricing, tech bugs, bad support, unethical charging Wheelhouse’s price estimates seem accurate to some, and not to others. For me, Wheelhouse sold my property at at least 20% lower than the rate I used before (despite already being fully booked). The system sometimes priced one night at three times the going rate, too. It seems wildly inaccurate for my property. To top it off, a bug in their system dropped the price of my property by another 30%, which they acknowledged was a bug and that they had lost me money. In total, I’m about $500 down in one month. I contacted their support several times - I was given canned responses the first few times, and when eventually they replied, it took them several months to issue me a refund of $2. Acknowledged they lost me money, but still happily charged me $20. A very unethically run company, and not worth a try.
