Wheelhouse has been awesome for our… Wheelhouse has been awesome for our business. We utilize the tools to keep our pricing updated. However we don’t totally trust the predictions and often use customized values for our base pricing. We are also very excited about their new performance reports and data. We had previously paid another service and are happy to have pricing and analytics in one place.

Set it. Forget it. Doubled my income. Using wheelhouse helped me nearly double my income in year one after I punted my property manager. It’s awesome, easy to use, and I appreciate all of the new extras they keep adding like market intelligence and comps. Managing my 3 Airbnb investments is a side hustle. I have a day job. And using wheelhouse means I barely ever think about pricing except when I see the awesome Airbnb deposits in my bank account. Oh yeah, and customer support rocks. Fast answers by real humans. Thanks, wheelhouse!

Poor pricing, tech bugs, bad support, unethical charging Wheelhouse’s price estimates seem accurate to some, and not to others. For me, Wheelhouse sold my property at at least 20% lower than the rate I used before (despite already being fully booked). The system sometimes priced one night at three times the going rate, too. It seems wildly inaccurate for my property. To top it off, a bug in their system dropped the price of my property by another 30%, which they acknowledged was a bug and that they had lost me money. In total, I’m about $500 down in one month. I contacted their support several times - I was given canned responses the first few times, and when eventually they replied, it took them several months to issue me a refund of $2. Acknowledged they lost me money, but still happily charged me $20. A very unethically run company, and not worth a try.

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years… I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.
