Professional and competent My site encountered an attack, I was able to reach out to wordfence who were able to securely grab all my details, review and understand the issue and resolve it with very little interaction required from me. They know their job and get stuff done. The audit report was a great snapshot of where things are strong and where improvement is required. Fantastic experience.

Refund after website shutdown A website of one of our clients had been terminated by local police. A premium Wordfence license was still active on the website, which we renewed a month ago. Not sure how I feel about Wordfence… Not sure how I feel about Wordfence only allowing a very important Elementor Pro security patch to work for free users after 30 days. By that point the infection could be potentially widespread. What's up with this 30 day rubbish? Why not protect people instantly? Because of greed, that's why.
