GBWorked like a charm My business website, piazzas-pinecone.com, was invaded by the pharmacy hack. I bought and installed Wordfence Premium, ran the scan, and poof -- it found five malicious files. I cleaned or removed them, and the problem vanished completely (other than in search engine memory.) Thank you so much.

GBA Bargain I had a malware attack that made my site inoperable. I signed up for Wordfence Care and their team (Graham and Janet) were working on the problem within hours. They cleared up the malware with 24 hours, and had the site fully operational within 48 hours (they even worked on Christmas Day). The best part of the service was the excellent communication from the team. They made sure I knew what they were doing and why, and gave me the tools to monitor my site and fix problems on my own. They were fantastically responsive at every stage. They turned what could have been a business-ending problem into an experience that taught me how to understand, predict, and fix these kinds of issues. I can't recommend this service enought

GBFantastic service I really can't rate the Wordfence team, and Scott in particular, high enough. I have used Wordfence for some years to protect a number of websites in conjunction with their 2FA login security, and I feel complete peace of mind for doing so. I recently attempted to renew the website licences, and ENTIRELY due to a fault of my own, completely messed it up. I contacted the Wordfence team. Very shortly afterwards received a full refund and a detailed explanation of how best to carry out the renewal. I really cannot describe how pleased I am with the service I received! NZIn my hectic life I inadvertantly set… In my hectic life I inadvertantly set up 2 seperate Wordfence accounts for my websites. Once I realised this I contacted support to try and get it on one account. Adam G***dlin worked with me over 9 emails and got it sorted! Timely, respectful, and very much appreciated.

GBUpgraded, paid the $99, everything failed and can’t get support to respond... I installed the free version on one of my sites then several more. All was good. I then upgraded to the premium version on one of my higher-profile customer sites and it stopped working - every scan failed as did firewall. Multiple requests to ‘premium’ support but still no response after 36hrs. Unimpressed is something of an understatement.
