I contacted them to stop the payments and they told me it was an error and the payments would stop. However, on the following month I was charged again. It's really unfortunate that I had to cancel my card for a replacement so they could no longer continue to charge me again. Afterwards, I signed up for Tradervue Online Journaling instead and never looked back.
