HKI had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb… I had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb 2024, and received email that the subscription need renew at 6 mar 2024. I send msg and email to cs on Sunday, and now nearly Tue morning still no reply and no one to follow up, very disappointed. *EDIT* after few hours, cs read my msg and amend to yearly subscription, thank you so much.

NLAmazing service!! I registered during Black Friday but I forgot to enter the code so I paid the full amount. After I sent a message asking if the Black Friday deal could still be applied, I quickly received a response that an amount had been refunded. Amazing service!! Besides that importing my trades went super smooth, and i love all the functionalities especially the trade replay.
