Amazing service!! I registered during Black Friday but I forgot to enter the code so I paid the full amount. After I sent a message asking if the Black Friday deal could still be applied, I quickly received a response that an amount had been refunded. Amazing service!! Besides that importing my trades went super smooth, and i love all the functionalities especially the trade replay.

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, the connection with dozens of brokers to download your trades is seamless, and the reports are detailed and easy to create. If you are serious about trading, this is the best tool I've found to improve and develop. Not only the software is already very well designed and powerful, but the speed at which they develop new features is amazing. Every time I've needed support, I've gotten prompt responses, and even one time it took a while, they ended up doing an update just to fix my issue! Couldn't be happier, highly recommend TradeZella.

Worth it Great software for tracking all your data. I was using Google docs for a long time but it became a headache to constantly go between 6-7 different docs to find one thing, not to mention creating a lot of data by hand or having to using excel. Highly recommend for anyone trying to take their journaling process to the next level. (Their help center is also top tier)

Be careful with your billing… Be careful with your billing information, I recently canceled my subscription and they continued to charge me the monthly subscription fee. I contacted them to stop the payments and they told me it was an error and the payments would stop. However, on the following month I was charged again. It's really unfortunate that I had to cancel my card for a replacement so they could no longer continue to charge me again. Afterwards, I signed up for Tradervue Online Journaling instead and never looked back.

Fantastic customer service Customer service is fantastic. Quick, friendly, and clear communication. I had a question regarding billing and subscriptions, and it got answered and then some. I thoroughly enjoy the product for the most part, but with customer service like this, they've earned a customer for life.
