HKI had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb… I had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb 2024, and received email that the subscription need renew at 6 mar 2024. I send msg and email to cs on Sunday, and now nearly Tue morning still no reply and no one to follow up, very disappointed. *EDIT* after few hours, cs read my msg and amend to yearly subscription, thank you so much.

GBHands down the best journaling and trade analysis software Hands down, the best journaling and trade analysis software I've seen. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, the connection with dozens of brokers to download your trades is seamless, and the reports are detailed and easy to create. If you are serious about trading, this is the best tool I've found to improve and develop. Not only the software is already very well designed and powerful, but the speed at which they develop new features is amazing. Every time I've needed support, I've gotten prompt responses, and even one time it took a while, they ended up doing an update just to fix my issue! Couldn't be happier, highly recommend TradeZella.

CHTradezella provides more in-depth details about your trades I discovered Tradezella last year, and I already knew that this would be my journal for trading. I do not regret it because now I use it, and it helps me track my mistakes, risks, average gains, losses, etc. I highly recommend using it for anyone who wants to level up their trading skills.

COi paid for the subscription and doesnt work i paid for the subscription and realized that it doesnt work with binance. waste of money since there are no refunds.

GBFantastic customer service Customer service is fantastic. Quick, friendly, and clear communication. I had a question regarding billing and subscriptions, and it got answered and then some. I thoroughly enjoy the product for the most part, but with customer service like this, they've earned a customer for life.
