There's just no comparison to all the features, playback, user input to improve journaling. The visualization and reports is so easy to use. Journaling trades and being able to replay the price action for that day is amazing. The chat support is very responsive and they're always seeking input from the user. Don't settle for less.

I had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb… I had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb 2024, and received email that the subscription need renew at 6 mar 2024. I send msg and email to cs on Sunday, and now nearly Tue morning still no reply and no one to follow up, very disappointed. *EDIT* after few hours, cs read my msg and amend to yearly subscription, thank you so much.
