I send msg and email to cs on Sunday, and now nearly Tue morning still no reply and no one to follow up, very disappointed. *EDIT* after few hours, cs read my msg and amend to yearly subscription, thank you so much.

Be careful with your billing… Be careful with your billing information, I recently canceled my subscription and they continued to charge me the monthly subscription fee. I contacted them to stop the payments and they told me it was an error and the payments would stop. However, on the following month I was charged again. It's really unfortunate that I had to cancel my card for a replacement so they could no longer continue to charge me again. Afterwards, I signed up for Tradervue Online Journaling instead and never looked back.
