After the purchase, they were sending emails to ensure that the installation process went smoothly and as mentioned, provided troubleshooting solutions to the problem I faced. Superb customer service! I accidentally bought the Windows version (I was used to not checking, I've only had a Mac for 4 days so far). I contacted the email they provided at the bottom of my order confirmation, and I was instantly helped and wasn't charged the extra $5 difference even if it was absolutely my fault. Customer service is superb, and I struggle to find situations where something could go wrong anyway. Very satisfied!
