Also, making desktop appraisals has helped to speed up the process of cactually getting an appraisal done because they can do more in one day without having to go to each property individually. Amazing Results The results of this product are amazing. There was a learning curve for me though, yes I’m a Boomer! But my challenges were immediately resolved and I am so impressed with the results. For me, more instructions would have been helpful. But now that I’ve completed one “dollhouse”, I will use this tool always. It’s extremely economical.
