Also, making desktop appraisals has helped to speed up the process of cactually getting an appraisal done because they can do more in one day without having to go to each property individually. I had questions when I was initially setting up the system and they walked me through it within a couple minutes I was up and running. Second, This device is genius. I flip houses and the quality and pictures that we now get in line for med from the before and after our fantastic for our marketing. Third, actually had an issue with the device not working and they immediately sent out a replacement. They have been fantastic and not just the product itself but also in how they handle any issues that arose. A+ buy with confidence.

You have more control of your time lines for posting 3D tour as you are not waiting for photographer to have an opening. The system is affordable to purchase and host 3D tours! GBRun from Asteroom… This company says that as a realtor you can receive assignments to shoot videos of houses. They promise you 5-10 assignments a week at $60-$75 a shoot. In actuality its 1-3 assignments IF you can manage tp claim the assignment BEFORE someone in your area does first. Run Run Run from Asteroom.
