Deceptive Claims I signed up to be a scanner with Asteroom. The representative and their marketing ad stated that each assignment would pay no less than $75. I have the original advertisement just in case the information is changed. However, when I started receiving assignments, many of them actually start at $60. I also have the original email related to this. Also, I was told that assignments would be delivered to my email. But they never told me that I would be competing with other scanners for the same assignments. While I'm sure Asteroom is a good company, there was a lot of misrepresentation and deceptive marketing that has made me lose some respect for them.

Terrible Service After you spend time setting up your tour, they butcher the entire thing and ask you to accept it. I complained about how they changed my room entrances and the camera is facing a wall. I then fixed it myself and the next day they had put the first view to each room as facing a wall or corner. So stupid!

Amazing Results The results of this product are amazing. There was a learning curve for me though, yes I’m a Boomer! But my challenges were immediately resolved and I am so impressed with the results. For me, more instructions would have been helpful. But now that I’ve completed one “dollhouse”, I will use this tool always. It’s extremely economical.

If you can take a picture with your phone..… If you can take a picture with your phone and send it to a friend....you can use this system! Yes, it is that easy! ....the only additional thing you need to know how to do is how to set up your tripod! I can't imagine how they could have made this any easier! Actually, I can....because they did...they will create your hotspots and link everything together if you get the dollhouse!! The results were great and the 3D Dollhouse was awesome! The equipment is very inexpensive as well as the monthly plans. They also provide data reporting which is very useful. Extremely happy with this purchase and the services!
