GBCouldn't be easier The sight was easy to use. I did have one reservation, however. I do not think that there should be an extra charge for sold records since it should be part of the original report. I am just waiting to see if my credit card was charged properly and without any hidden fees.

GBPretty straight forward report to follow and crystal clear. I have to say the facts found in the report were pretty true and real! I used it right before placing an offer and it in fact helped me get a better view of what I am buying without having to deal with loads of info on the web, some of the not so trustworthy! This was more like an independent evaluation of inside of the house, neighborhood, market research, etc at a very good price. What I liked the most was the simplicity of the report, compared to other reports I had seen before. I'd recommend this website to my friends looking to buy a house, or to homeowners who like to put their home on market for sale or rental.

GBAll of the info without all of the research!!!! This was a great report! I got all of the information I wanted and more with just a few clicks of mouse and PROPERTYVALUELOOKUP.COM!!! It only costs $1 to cover the compilation of the report, and it is completely worth it. Thank you so much to PROPERTYVALUELOOKUP.COM for such a great service.

GBperfectly simple :) i'd just like to thank you, for making it so easy to find everything I needed to know about this property. Information I wasn't even thinking about, but now I'm very happy to know. I will most defiantly be using this site again.

GBWhere were you before I listed my house for sale! Wish I had used this 5 months ago, before I paid $400 for an appraisal, and gave listing to a realtor without such number crunching skills. Wonder if appraisers and realtors are shaking in their shoes? Love the HomeStandings Score and data on which it is arrived at. $1 is a steal to try it out but still that should have been posted upfront. I don't like offer of Premium Access at $180/year buried in the middle of getting my report. Hope $1 means $1 for my first and only report on my home, and that I haven't given authorization at all, at any point to PropertyValueLookup.com to rip me off. Should [external reference] get the credit instead? Love Trustpilot way of guarding reviews and making sure I'm a legit consumer.
