Extremely slow yet kind Extremely slow yet kind We're used to them being fairly slow -- Not them forgetting to do everything in a veterinary checkup and having to drive back the same day to get a blood check for our dog. And the doctor has been out all week, so I am still waiting 4 days later for them to approve the prescription from Chewy. Maybe one person shouldn't be in charge of approving Hartguard when it's not necessarily dangerous, only behind a paywall. This city doesn't have a ton of options, but there are options, and they probably have less customers. So they'll probably be getting one more.

Beware of Optimum Wellness Plan Wellness plan is a bait and switch. They sell you on discounted prices then upsell you on services during the term of the agreement negating any savings you thought you would achieve. Also the discontinue process is unnecessarily time consuming. They force you to speak to a representative rather than just have a box you can click on in the customer portal to not auto renew. A hyper agressive business model with a smile on their face. Beware.

"Your dog is too squirmy. We don't want to make him uncomfortable."" This location refused to give my corgi a vaccine (which is a part of the optimum wellness plan contract) because he was "too squirmy". They will only give him a shot if I bring him in pre-medicated. If he were aggressive, I would understand but just because he is "squirmy", well that's not a reason to drug him. I canceled my annual contract due to Banfield breaching their commitment. I need a provider who can get the job done.

Avoid Banfield, save your fur baby. The vets at the Goodlettsville Banfield Hospital told us my 9-month-old puppy was suffering nausea and GERD and told us to give him Pepcid, etc. We took him to an actual vet, and as it turns out, he has epilepsy. Devastating, but at least we can move forward. AVOID BANFIELD AT ALL COST!

Had previously been bringing my dog… Had previously been bringing my dog here for 3 plus years for routine nail clipping. Ive always muzzled my chihuahua for them and never had a single issue until today. The vet assured me she would not need it as she took my pup to the back. She returned to tell me that she will be labeling him as aggressive in the system and that as such it will be a 50 dollar up-charge in pricing. Highly recommend Tiger Tails Animal Hospital as within the day they had accepted an appointment for a check up and included a courtesy nail clipping all which finished in less than 20 minutes.
