NLToday I woke up with no internet again Today I woke up with no internet again. I'm with Tengo now for 22 days and in those 22 days I've phoned Tengo more than 10 times. The service person solved the problem adequately but Tengo itself is the problem. I should have uninterrupted "premium" service for what I pay monthly. Again, the agent was great but the company is not till now.

GBExcellent service and response! We couldn’t get the TV to connect to WIFI. The service specialist that helped us was so patient and helpful. He didn’t get frustrated with my lack of knowledge at all and worked with me until we got everything set up. Just in time for my husband to watch The Masters!

GBTechnician I spoke to was patient and Informative Technician I spoke to was patient and informative. Answered all my questions. Was patient when I had trouble hearing him. 4 stars is due to disappointment with the service being provided by our RV park, not his service.
