GBExcellent for Team Inboxes We've been using Front for years for our shared customer support email inboxes. Something like zendesk is way too much unused structure for our small team, and our customers just want to communicate via emails, not support tickets. Front keeps us sane and keeps our customer support emails organized in our team. Thanks Front!

GBI'm and Account Executive and a Front Fanatic Front makes it super easy for me to communicate internally with my team and externally with my customers. The interface is easy to use, and I love the ability to start a chat thread on the side of an email with other team members who need to be involved. There's less clutter filling up our inboxes and we can all stay on the same page. I also appreciate the calendar tool where I can quickly send customers a link to book a meeting, the integration with Salesforce to show me where my customers are in their lifecycle, and the snooze feature helps me stay on top of things that I need to look at on a later date. Front is truly my best friend at work.

GBHorrid customer service Horrid customer service. Bad business practices and a very average service at best if you don't count all the negatives. Not to mention their recent rampage of cancelling the services they provide with ZERO notice because they don't like the political views of the people who use their products. Great way to run a business, into the ground at least.

UAThe best ticketing software out there Front is the best ticketing software out there. Period. I used ZenDesk and GrooveHQ before, but Front is just different: - Much more intuitive - Much more user-friendly - Great team collaboration features - Greet analytics - Great integrations - Fast, slick, efficient I even moved my personal Gmail inbox to Front because it's much easier to manage emails this way.

COI just love Front I just love Front! It has so many tools to make your work easier such as tagging, assing e-mails to coworkers without having to resend them, snoozing e-mails to determine hours to avoid missing anything, team inboxes, and rules.
