Outstanding customer support and great service I had an issue paying due to currency conversion. Ellis W. was really helpful and polite. They got the invoice fixed immediately and got my service started. The servers themselves are great. I can run a Minecraft server with like 100 mods and zero issues on their side. (The issues I got were because of my own mistake, but the file manager and console are easy to use even without the technical knowledge) Overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for inexpensive hosting. If you take a look through Reddit you can find a promo code so it's even cheaper!

Informative & helpful It's early days for my budding MC server, Being experienced in co-owning a server, I wanted to start my own and get better acquainted with certain plugin configs. Amazing! I don't know how they do it. Their pricing is better than any competitor, yet their support and performance is still amazing. I got the 16GB VPS from them, before I bought it I asked for a trial server and they gave it to me. After I made sure the performance was good and nothing weird was going on, I bought the server. I have not been disappointed. The performance is amazing, the pricing is amazing and the support is amazing. Even with their pricing, when I asked, Leon (One of the employees) installed Pterodactyl for me free of charge. I don't know how they offer such an amazing service for such a low price.
