Price is almost criminally cheap compared to any other hosting for the kind of servers you get. The server GUI is very responsive, clear and consice. Amazing 5 stars !!!

Their shared plans are good enough for 20-30 player servers. 1 big problem is their support is actually way too slow to respond tickets. I even bought vps on them waiting 11 days after ended refund. My friend vps took 20 days. Dont buy vps on them even they cheap. They make you wait minimum 10 days.

Outstanding customer support and great service I had an issue paying due to currency conversion. Ellis W. was really helpful and polite. They got the invoice fixed immediately and got my service started. The servers themselves are great. I can run a Minecraft server with like 100 mods and zero issues on their side. (The issues I got were because of my own mistake, but the file manager and console are easy to use even without the technical knowledge) Overall would definitely recommend to anyone looking for inexpensive hosting.
