Highly Recomend! My experience with the team at System413 has been nothing short of amazing. They've setup some things for me for free, not included in the price that I pay! They have a dedicated support & sysadmin team on hand to help you with any problems that you may face! I would definitely recommend!

Don't. Might as well just burn your money. Their services used to be good, support used to be amazing. Changed around 2021 or so. Suddenly pulled the plug on their SG servers with no prior announcement and not a single email received. Did not respond for upwards of a few weeks. Of downtime. Of service downtime. Replied with "We have discontinued SG," as if nothing's wrong. Refund took me two months of grovelling, Ellis has told me multiple times that he has sent the money, but I didn't receive any until the fourth time or so. My data was never given to me. The servers were entirely wiped, and I didn't even receive an apology, no matter how apathetic. I had to remake my entire lobby server from scratch from 1AM midnight to 6AM because they pulled the plug a day of server release. [EDIT: Portion of review has been removed due to new information to give their new company a chance, read reply to this review.] Don't get anything from System413. You are not valued as a customer, and you are not valued at all.

Long setup, helpful staff Setup took has taken ~100 hours due to technical problems hours as of writing. Have received hardware issues and not received a VPS yet, but staff are trying their best and have offered service that they don't advertise. Good ticket/support system available in their Discord. Will update this review when product is received. UPDATE: Staff have replaced our VPS temporarily with a free upgrade to a dedicated AMD Epyc 2nd gen processor (8c/16t) and added an extra 140 gigabytes of storage. Upped to 4 stars because I'm not sure how to give 4.5/5.

Informative & helpful It's early days for my budding MC server, Being experienced in co-owning a server, I wanted to start my own and get better acquainted with certain plugin configs. Ellis, helped me greaty with the initial enquiries, provided forum resources and 413 tailored my Quartz server to get me going nicely. The hosting price is great and it's running a treat.
