Good but not yet quite enough I think it's needed a lot of translation edit by the users (so much work) that the final result be 5 stars because the AI is not perfect of course.

Easy to use, customer service has been great We have been using this translator for 2 years now. It is user friendly and can handle large files. It is easy to review and make edits. Whenever I have had an issue, I have received a prompt response.

Not a good experience There are popups asking for feedback every time you translate words, phrases or sentences. When translating a document not everything is translated so you have to go back and copy/paste what did not translate into the optional translating section. Tech Support is very slow in responding can take up to 72 hours or longer so you work has to hold until someone responds. Fortunately, I don't have to use this application on a daily basis.

This translator for me is the best I´ve… This translator for me is the best I´ve used. Thanks a lot for the differences on Portuguese PTx BR. I used to translate my documents on Pairaphrase and then I´ve just take a look for small (If any) not so good translations. I am very happy with this experience.
